Business Process Automation

Business process automation is connecting the software a company already uses so repetitive work — data entry, approvals, reporting, follow-ups — runs by itself instead of consuming staff hours.

Someone on your team retypes the same numbers into a spreadsheet, an accounting system and an email every week. Approvals sit unread in an inbox for three days because nobody knows they are waiting. Nobody can tell you what all of it costs — only that it never stops.

We start by mapping what actually happens today: every step, every handoff, every place work sits still. Then we connect the systems you already pay for — Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, your accounting software, CRM, e-commerce store or ERP — so data moves between them without a person in the middle. Approvals get routed and chased automatically, reports build and send themselves, and anything that fails raises an alert instead of failing silently. We automate the process you have, not a theoretical one, and we tell you honestly which steps are not worth automating.

What you get

  • A written map of your current process — every step, handoff and delay — before anything is built
  • Integrations between the tools you already pay for: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, accounting, CRM, e-commerce, ERP
  • Approval flows with automatic reminders, escalation and a permanent record of who approved what
  • Scheduled and event-triggered reports that build and deliver themselves
  • Failure alerts, so a broken step never goes unnoticed for a week
  • A dashboard showing what ran, what failed, and the hours recovered

Who this is for

Companies of roughly 5–200 staff where an operations, finance or admin team repeats the same manual sequence several times a week — and where that time has become visible in payroll.

Questions about this service

What is business process automation?

Business process automation means using software to run repetitive business steps — moving data between systems, routing approvals, generating reports, sending follow-ups — without a person doing it manually each time. The work still happens the same way; it just stops consuming someone's day.

How much does it cost to automate a business process?

Cost depends on how many systems have to talk to each other, whether they offer proper APIs, and how many exceptions the process has. A single report or approval flow is a small, fixed piece of work. A finance process spanning four systems is a project. We scope and price each one before you commit.

Do we have to replace our current software?

No. Almost always the right answer is to connect what you already own rather than replace it. We only recommend changing a tool when it genuinely cannot do the job — and we tell you when that is the case rather than selling you a rebuild.

What happens when an automation fails?

It alerts someone. Every automation we build reports its own failures to a person or a channel, keeps a log of what it did, and can be re-run once the cause is fixed. Silent failure is the main risk in automation, so we design against it from the start.
